post a picture of the disc you're trying to rip? (and the root of the cDVD)

and what's the srial of the cDVD (the sles/slus number)

btw u should watch closely as u are making the iso file. the ripping should always be at the same speed and the dvd drive should not make any weird noises. for example say the ripping has been normal until 85% and spending say 30sec at each percent. suddenly the dvd drive makes weird noises like it is having difficulty in reading the disc. after spending roughly 2 min on 85% it finally becomes 86%. if that happens then u made a bad iso. some softwares skip over the bad sectors which can't be read and continue the ripping. the resulting iso may sometimes be unusable

After some mucking about I managed to get it to work, but now I have another problem,
when I run the game the graphics are glitched beyond all belief, ridiculous screen tearing and
other horrible problems, any idea how to fix that?

Okami works perfectly on latest pcsx2 stable...
Did you try without speedhacks ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
