Help Needed On Tekken 5

hey guys i need a lot of help on tekken 5 on pcsx2
the game runs fine but too slow , abot 30 fps in the menus and only 6-7 fps in fights
i fixed the black line prob myself
here are my specs
Windows 7
4 GB RAM
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+,2400 Mhz 2 Core(s)
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 only 64mb
i know that my processor and graphic card are not that good but the game runs slow but the graphics are acceptable
now im even thinkin of buyin tekken 5 for my PS2 but still i love ma pc
plz help atlest some good settings
