@tsunami2311 After trying a while, I have come to a conclusion

DirectX 9 Graphics regular and good performance
DirectX 11: Balance between graphics and performance (in Nvidia graphics image is enlarged)
OpenGL: Great graphics and regulate performance (I get 5-10 fps unless DirectX 11)

then its just one of the games the hack dont fix, either use the other options listed or go back to drivers before 32x.xx as every nvidia driver since has the issue which is why the hack was made
