Help Problem in Gameplay MS Saga in PCSX2 1.2.1

Hi I wanted to see if anyone can help me with this. In the attachment you can see that in the gameplay I am missing some landscape texture and even my own character. This problem also arise when I battle and I am also missing my characters, after a few turns it just freeze and i can't continue to play, sometimes it even crashes the pcsx2 itself. can anyone relate to this and help me??

nvidia geforce GT540M 2gb
memory 6GB
Windows 7 home basic

pscx 1.2.1(r5875)

default setting from installation i only change the controller pad

Also the log after the mentioned crash could be interesting. You can find it in the logs folder after pcsx2 shut down.

How confident are you regarding your gpu drivers?
