Yeah, there's definitely something off by 0.1% which is causing the sync mess up. (Although it's in the opposite direction for some reason.)

You'll need to do one of these to fix your recording:
- set the AVI file's framerate to 29.94 fps instead of 29.97. (set the framerate only, do not frame-drop)
or
- time-stretch the audio so that it is 0.1% faster (VirtualDub example)
