Tick these boxes under speed hacks.

Enable INTC Spin Detection
Enable Wait Loop Detection
mVU Flag Hack

Then put EE Cyclerate to 2.
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0GHz
MOB: ECS A780GM-A
GPU: XFX GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB
RAM: 4GB Dual-Channel DDR2 400MHz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Those settings aren't for everyone's computer, they are specifically for yours. Making him change his settings to match yours might make the games run slower.

nah...still same problem.....after second thought is it becuz of the game???
in other words maybe the game is heavy.....not for me but for everyone.....
try it for me if u have the game....and tell me....i am playing RESIDENT EVIL 4....
give it a shot n tell me....

i wish if the developers going to make a new version they think about putting some kind of generator the gathers pc info and set the program to make it work compatable with the pc....if u undertand what i mean....cuz makeing it like that confuse some people....cuz it's like a pussle or a riddle....u try if u fail....u try again n again till u get to ur point but after alot of suffer....but with that generator....there would be no suffering....will if anyone can pass my idea to them it would be great....still suffering from my problem...
what r the games that work with the emulater????
