Help With Fps on DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Please Help!

So when i start up the game Dragon ball z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 my frames stay perfectly at 50 and it stays there while i go through the menus to play the game. But when i get into a battle, for example the first fight in story mode with raditz, it gets very very laggy and stays at 18-20 fps. I have tried many configurations but i don't know what i am doing really because i have just been following youtube videos and i don't know how to configure pcsx2 0.9.8 very well for my particular system. Can anyone help please? My system details are:

you will need a decent GPU for this game.
your CPU is abit slow too.
try setting internal res to native and use some speedhacks.
but don't expect miracles.
