Help a noob out?

I'm relatively new to linux and got a bit ahead of myself. Can someone walk me through very simply how to compile the pcsx2 package? Or whatever it is I need to do to get it running, Im not sure what Im doing. Im on ubuntu 15 and I have a BIOS from my friends system and everything, I just don't know how to make any of it work. I would also like to have it run off my thumb drive to save space because my only working computer is a netbook, but theres enough room on it if thats not possible or requires a very complicated thing

Copying somebody elses BIOS is piracy, we do not tolerate that here. You must own the system in order to use the emulator
