yeah, but in that case, I bet your hardware is your problem.
what do the ee% and gs% say when you get slowdowns ?

Menus in FFXII are way more GPU demanding than normal gameplay.
You could try the Native resolution and/or Allow 8-Bit Textures options in Gsdx but that integrated GPU will probably be to slow for full speed in this game.

I set a checkmark on Native Resolution and the problem is fixed
60fps in the menu and 50fps out side. ^^
