Help fps SSX3

Hi all,
I have a big problem!
When I open the emulator the fps are 40-50, and when I start a race them are just 20-30 and I cant play!
U can send me link to download plugins or can give me some advices
PS: if u can speak Italian u re the welcome

We are going to need your PC specs and what settings you are using.

The version of PCSX2 would be nice too

i found this link by searching on google maybe its work for you .(im not try any ssx series games so not much know about that:-P)
