Help, .hack GU vol 2 wont recognize clear save from Hack GU vol 1

i dont know why it wont recognize, it says there no save in memory card.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm using Pcsx2 0.9.8, about setting of pcsx2 i dont think i ever tweak anything.
So I finished playing .hack GU Vol.1 Rebith, I saved the game then load up .hack GU Vol.2 and tried to import my previous save, however the game say I dont have any clear save from .hack GU vol.1.

I'm playing from ISO, sorry for my bad english

Please update to the latest stable PCSX2 version: http://pcsx2.net/download/releases/windows.html

PCSX2 v0.9.8 is over 4 years old.

just tried it now, the problem still there. (i tried PCSX2 1.4.0)

When i boot .hack GU vol.2 and then try to load. the clear save wasn't there

want to tell us how you fixed it? pointing to the wrong memory card?

i'ts very stupid.

so, instead 'load' in vol.2 i choose start a new game and the game asked me if i had clear save or not. so.. yah.

Cool.. I only own 1 of the 3 .gu series, so its not something I ever paid attention to...
