Help im having 10 fps at WWE Smackdown here come the pain

I'm quite having 10 fps when in game but when i'm at the loading screen i get 40-50 fps. Can anybody help me how to run it better than 10 fps?

My specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1

CPU:Intel Atom N2800 @ 1.86GHz Cedarview 32nm Technology

RAM:2.00GB

Graphics: Digital Flat Panel (640x480 60Hz) (1024x600@60Hz)
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 Series (Acer Incorporated [ALI])

Motherboard:Acer JE01_CT (CPU)

Your CPU is very weak. If you want good speed I'm afraid you're going to have to buy a better PC

And the "GPU" is bad too. You will need a real PC.
