Help in config to Final Fantasy XII (Lags)
#1
Hello people.

I'm having some lags when I'm playing, especially when group spells occur. The FPS drops to around 20. And after the animation, it returns to 60.

My specs are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
VGA: Geforce GTX 1070
Memory: 16gb DDR4
Windows 10

I do not believe that it is something related to hardware.

I've been playing for a few months, and I don't remember this lag bothering me. However, I had to format the computer, and now, playing again, I reinstalled the latest version of the emulator, and I'm having this problem.

The settings of the graphics plugin are the defaults. I've tried several, but nothing seems to solve the specific issue of the drop in FPS in group spells.

Someone who has been through this or someone who can help me on how to solve this problem?

Thanks!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here

Here a Print screen:

During the slowdown, ee 56% gs 10%.
Away / standby, ee 40~50% gs 8~15%

In OpenGL (Hardware), have the same results. When cast the "hastega", have drops of fps and slowdown in gameplay.

It doesn't just happen in this magic. Any spell that affects more than one team member at the same time.  The EE is same of result above. The GS in opengl hardware is 1~8%

Thanks for helping me

i suspected there is some suspicious background app lurking on your desktop...i suggest open up your task manager and "sort" the CPU usage tab to check up if something suspicious of on any background app CPU usage....anti-virus scheduled auto-scanning should be one of them.
