Well Games run pretty Slow on my PC...I already read those threads but can't get into a setting that makes my game speed fine

My system: (Laptop)

Intel core 2 duo 2.0 GHZ Per Core
RAM 3 GB DDR
Nvidia G105M 512 MB

What are the best settings for those specs to run game fast

umm, I'm not exactly an expert, but from my experience in emulating, you're not gonna get very good speeds for PS2 games. Just what do you mean by slow? what's the FPS, and on what games?
