Help me Optimize Kingdom Hearts 2

Hey everyone, I realize topics on this game are posted a lot but im having trouble getting this running 100% for me

My computer stats:
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.00GHz
4 GB Ram, 64 bit Windows 7
NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M (dirext x10 and shader support) 1024 MB graphics memory

So i think that should be good, I run new PC games beautifully on medium-high

anyways now on to PSX2 (im running 0.96)
I have my set up in the attatchment
the game runs solid 60fps when just walking around n such, but battles lower the fps to around 40-50
im sure I can fix this i just need some help as to how

i have expiremented with speed hacks and setting it to x3 has stopped me from slowing down when Sora/Roxas jumps
the battles still kill me

go use the 1888 beta and march plugins. that will be enough for max fps. and also use speedhacks (only the ones that give you speed) and in advanced options put both clamps to NONE and use d3d 10 native ps2 resolution

edit: just to know kingdom hearts is a 4:3 game not a 16:9

well i had to expirement with the speed hacks
but it looks like x2 cycle rating, all EE hacks, and VU cycle steal maxed it stays pretty solid

i also noticed with other sound plugins the music doesnt work but i get constant framerate
