Omg watch that...he say me to upgrade directx .. ok .. i upgrade to 10 .. but he again say me that!!

omg, why don't you just try following the link it suggests to open for you? yes, you'll need it. even dx10 gets updates from time to time.

oh, and please do a search next time, this question has been asked and answered like a million times before...
