Anyways its not perfect. When Snake is on the radio convos, for instance, the fps go to 40 for instance, and the audio screws up a lot. The same happens with the cutscenes.

But when I get the 590, the game will run like a baws!

my pc is 8 years old. I've had to adapt to alot of things I didn't want to. like playing pc games at 800x600

you can play with spu2-x on audio timing, but I don't know what will happen. if you find something that works, great, if not, oh well

Hehe, can you recommend me something else to improve a little bit the performance? Because, for instance, when I reached the dolinovodno screen (the one with the large bridge) the fps decreased to hell and beyond.

What else can I do to further increase the performance?

The settings I posted in the thread I linked (and is in my sig) are the absolute BEST I could do, given my hardware. here are portions where mine crawls too, but I couldn't tell you where
