Help me run KH2

I just really wanna know if its my computer or maybe there is some way I can mess with the settings to make it run better

CPU: AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.90GHz (Dual core)
RAM: 4.00 Gb
GPU: AMD Radeon™ HD 6480G

Im using pcsx2 0.9.9.5326

1.90 ghz is weak for pcsx2, and KH2 is a medium/high demading game.
don't max out Vu cycle stealing & ee cycle rate speedhacks, you'll get slowdowns & glitches.
you can set clamping mode to none to squeeze out a few more fps, but don't expect miracles.
