Help me setup MGS3 subsistence?

It's been a couple of years since I have posted here and now I have a much more powerful computer. Here are my specs: i5 4670k Oc to 4.3 ghz, Msi gtx 970 OC, 8 gigs of fury X ram (fury or hyper..something like that..)

Will I be able to play the game smoothly with this and please tell me what options I should pick. Thank you very much.

I will but before I do that I'd like to know some general settings to change.

Okay im running it and I encountered my first problems. '
1. There is no sound at all.
2. The window is small on my 22 inch monitor.

Edit: Okay I got sound working and I found out how to stretch it to fill my screen but the resolution is awful.

Edit #32132: Okay I got it working. I turned up the resolution to 1080 and it's running at a smooth 60 fps. I really love having a powerful pc.

Increase the internal resolution in the GSdx then?

This game runs flawlessly. It was much easier to optimize than FFX. It's pretty amazing that I can play my old ps2 games on my pc. Thanks so much to whoever created this awesome program!
