You've got to own a PS2 to aqquire the BIOS, unless you used a friend's, but we're digressing into the grey area and giving you excuses.

well just because you installed the dxwebsetup doesn't mean that you'll get dx10 on xp Tongue (it'll just upgrade your dx9, while for the vista users it'll upgrade both dx9 and dx10 Smile)
