Help me to speed up my PCSX2!
#21
Rama : see this thread from my post http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-5762-post-42232.html . I play this game with pcsx2 r.976 with vu skip in option in os vista sp.1. Of course if i take vucycle stealing set to slighly (still good without fake fps) and vu skip to 60, 56, 1,1 fps will be stable at.60fps and if vucycle stealing to moderate so i got more fps but fake fps without vu skip in option. So to prevent that fake i have to set normal at cpu option and take peopspu2 plugin for best sound (still sync. Event at. 50fps or beyond 60fps). I give you a tip in os vista i got 10fps or more compare to os xp with my gpu ATI HD.3870 so try it with same specs as mine to get right evidence then we can more discuss later.

@ bennymonkey :

1 - tekken 5 is a very demanding game.
2 - you have an amd cpu, quite hard to Oc to 3 ghz : you won't run tekken at full speed.
3 - no piracy allowed. you have to legally own a ps2 to use pcsx2
4 - if tekken 5 is the game you really wanna play, buying a ps 2 will be cheaper than upgrading your rig
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Before my PC directX is "directX 9.0c", but due to the requirement of graphic, I downloaded and update my PC directX to "directX 10.0".

My spec is shown under the word "My PC". It's maybe my writing mistake.
Please share me some good ways to solve my problem.

There is no way to solve your problem unless you upgrade.

So how exactly is renting a game to try it out with an emulator piracy? I'm pretty sure fair use applies, especially since I _paid_ for my rental...

Not to worry though, I'll be out of your hair after this comment. Thanks to everyone who was helpful. Smile

To legally use this emulator you have to use bios dumped from your ps2, otherwise it's considered piracy.
