I have read the will my stsem run Pcsx2 thread and saw that it doesnt recommend laptops but i was wondering can anyone help me i have a AMD A6 -3420 APU Radeon Graphics QUAD CORE 1.5GHZ 4.00 GB RAM 64 Bit and the most im getting out of most games that are 100 playable is 37 fps. Is this my limit?

It is normal. The latest AMD APU platform (Trinity) falls far behind the previous generation Intel processor (Sandy Bridge).
