@smartstrike the codes in your pnach don't have the codes for Senel. It looks like you are using Codetwink versions which might not stick. The codes I have from the CMP actually have multiple lines for HP/TP as well as for stats. In any event, the Codetwink HP/TP codes for Senel are:

These codes should show max & current HP/TP maxed. I've haven't played this game for a while, but I don't think it's possible for these values to be infinite (in other words, if you take damage in battle even with codes active you will see hp drop) if I remember correctly. But, you never know. These codes are savable.

Have your tried cheat engine? it would be much easier to set the values with it than a pnach if you are having issues. Plus those codes look weird to me. It has been a long time since I used a pnach though.
So you would just take the 104A7EBA code and add a +1 to the address. so it would be 204A7EBA for example. You can just set a value there and freeze it. It is what I use so it doesn't cause issues to the game. About 90% of codes in PCSX2 start with a 20XXXXXX and 4 byte.
