Help - pcsx2-r5350.exe is not working.

Can anyone help me?

My pcsx2-r5350.exe likes to stop working. For some weird reason when I start up any game with the cheats enabled it says: "pcsx2-r5359.exe has stopped working". Not only that but for some strange reason the number of frames per second also like to fluxuate.

This is what my log says before I run any ISO is:

I'm trying to find out if the problem lies with the ROMs I downloaded or with the emulator itself. I know what to do if it's teh ROMs, but I do not know what to do if it's the emulator.

downloading the rom is illigal. So, better to read the rules of the forums. First.
