Help please Slow gameplay

Hi, Im kinda new here , I downloaded the Redcard soccer game, and it runs very slow, and I don't know why is this exactly, I have default settings and Pcsx2 1.0.0, here my system specifications :

Intel® Core™ i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz (8CPus), - 3.4GHz
8192 MB RAM
DirectX 11
GeForce GT520
4046MB

I guess it might be my Videocard.
