Try the latest SVN build from here: http://pcsx2.net/download/development/svn.html
and try playing it without MSI Afterburner running, that overlay is known to cause issues in PC games, god knows what it's doing to the emulator.

deactivated and the program continue locking, even loaded from the memcard, I tried from the dvd, also the error happened.

almost giving up much errors, also I tried with the new SVN build also happened error
