Yeah, I edited my post because I used GSdx instead. I also wanted to add that I turned off all speedhacks. The game still runs fast, but the texture problem is unchanged.

I don't recall seeing those texture problems when I tried(with the latest beta), so you may want to try out the latest beta and plugin( in the sticky section) and see if it solves it.

Try enabling Logarithmic-Z.
edit: Wait nevermind, you're on a DX10 OS so change your GSdx renderer to Direct3d10 (Hardware).

OH snap, I just did that and it completely removed the problem. Thanks! It never occurred to me that DX10 would work on my system.
