Could be. Try making a new image file with ImgBurn.

i have tried that with img burn but im using the files that were directly copied from the disc.

This is what i have tryed:
- build iso from files with imgburn
- build iso from files with cdgenps2 3.0
- mount the iso to virtual drive and use gigaherzcdvd plugin
- open iso with linuz iso plugin

Any ideas??

What do you mean by that?
Just make an Image file of your Original Disc, either .iso or .bin/cue should work fine.

If it's damaged already then probably not and since you don't have the original disc anymore then I'm sorry but you shouldn't expect any more help with it in this forums.
