Help to load a backup file

Today, my sister played on her game, and she saves her game on mine !
I think that I found a good backup file on "sstates", but I don't know how I can open it to get my save back !
I tried to open backup with the menu "load", but isn't the right.

depends on how she saved.
did she actually used savestates, or memcard save ?

Then it'll only load if u have same region game & pcsx2 version & u know in which slot she saved it !

It's with the same game and she saved on the first slot.

She played on my computer, on my pcsx2.

Can I load a backup ?

you just have to delete her savestate and rename the backup.
but if she pressed the F1 key twice, then you're screwed...

Or press Shift+F3 to load a backup of selected slot without renaming anything.
