Help! too fast, too slow, and black screen

Hi, I was playing persona 4 and during the first battle scene the whole game slowed down with scratchy audio and bad frame rate. I changed some settings (that didn't work very well) and it ended up going way too fast. Finally I tried to convert it back to default settings and apparently it is now a black screen with scratchy audio and a poor frame rate. Do you know whats going on?

Deleting the inis_1.4.0 will restore everything to default
What are your pc specs and if you are not going to delete the inis folder,what are your pcsx2/gsdx and spu2-x settings
