Help with Compatibility and Faster running options

I've been stalking every website trying to figure out if I can make the emulator run my games faster, or if my computer is even compatible enough to do it. I was unable to run into any questions that could relate to my computer in particular so I thought i'd join and give it a shot.
I'm also really terrible with computers so please let me know if I have given the wrong details.

Toshiba Satellite L875D
AMD A64400M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 2.70GHz
8.00GB RAM
64Bit OS x64-based processor

On my Pcsx2 I'm running:
Version: Pcsx2 1.0.0
Renderer: Direct3D11 (Hardware)
Scaling: Native
No shade boost, 8bit texturing or HW hacks.

It can run some games relatively smoothly but glitches every now and again, i've had this problem with odin sphere and kingdom hearts. But some games with lower quality wont go faster than less than 20fps e.g Sims castaway, Okami, Harvest Moon.
I'd really appreciate some help with this!
