Help with Dark Cloud 2! Can't access memory card

The game runs but once it reaches the point where it checks the memory card, it gives me this error:

CDVD READ ERROR:, sector=1468815

and the Emulator simply crashes...


I checked the memcard folder located in the PCSX2 folder and there are 2 memcard files in there.

The strange thing is, that they're blue :/

That doesn't look like anything related to the memory card, if you're running the game from an ISO try remaking it or running the game from the Original Disc to see if it makes any difference, also post your plugin and pcsx2 settings so we can help better.

Yes you were right it is not a memory card problem

Here is my configuration btw! I no longer have the original game so I decided to get a virtual copy

In that case you got the game illegally and you wont get further support here as stated in our rules.
