Help with FFX-2 Config

I'm having trouble getting FFX-2 to sync properly.
Currently there is no flickering but the speed of the game and music is too fast.
Does anyone have any advice on how to slow it down to its proper speed?

check your pcsx2 main game window bar if you see [turbo] then you need to press tab once.
