Help with ISO and PCSX2

I have the ISO for Gundam: Journey to Jaburo, but when I play the game I can only hear the sound and at the bottom of the screen I can see half of the Playstation 2 logo, I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is doing this.
I'm really hoping someone can help me out with this.

-PCSX2 version

-Update your graphics card drivers
-Update to the latest PCSX2 svn - get that here: http://pcsx2.net/download/development/svn.html

AMD Phenom II Black Edition x6 @ 3.2GHz
AMD HD Radeon 6950
Corsair Vengeance RAM 16gb
Lemme know if anything else is needed

And for the version, it's 0.9.8

^Well like I said try updating to the latest PCSX2 version (the svn: http://pcsx2.net/download/development/svn.html) it might help.
