Usually in those torrents which is why we always recommend people to delete those folders and get only the ones from the site and start from there :P

I realize what I had done now. I downloaded both 9.1 and 9.6. I installed both and then my computer was having problems with them and I couldn't get past the dos type screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and messed around until I it to work. I didn't realize though that it was 9.1. Sorry about that.
