Help with Speed Issues on PCSX2 0.9.8?

Well I believe that my gramma paid 300-400 for this computer which for that price I suppose it isn't bad....although she told the guy she wanted it for gaming >.>
Well, since I'm not in the mood for replacing processors I'll just be going after graphics and ram. I just gotta figure out if this particular computer will accept a dedicated graphics card (according to dxdiag, it says it's a Lenovo H410 10060)
