Help with The Urbz [Low Framerate]

Hi!
Im new in the forum and i have a question, because i want play The Urbz but i cant because when i go to play, its all Ok, but when start the gameplay, of 60-50 fps go down to 18, and its unplayable.

I play all my games at full speed (Pal: 50FPS and NTSC: 60FPS), like Final Fantasy XII (PAL and NTSC), Final Fantasy X (PAL), Persona 4(PAL), Kingdom Hearts 1 (PAL) and 2 (PAL), Tales of the Abyss (NTSC), and more, but just the Urbz go down to 18 FPS and i cant play.

I play in a laptop, this are my specs:

• AMD A6-3420M APU (4 threads 1.5GHz)
  
• AMD Radeon HD 6520G (2GB dedicated RAM)
  
• RAM: 6GB
  
• OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits
  

I use the version PCSX2 1.0.0 r5350

I think that if all the games run at full speed, why not the Urbz?

Ah, when i play other games, i have the MTVU checked. ^^

MTVU doesn't work on Urbz. The game is just very slow, the only solution currently is a faster PC, that one is very slow.
