Graphic card has nothing to do with it, that bug isn't yet fix, all we can do is wait for now I guess, although you can do a change in the code that fixes it, though I never tried it before.

well I think RAMA and SUDO already has the idea about this Long timed BUG but cant implement it yet without overhauling the whole gsdx code lets just wait and see but there's also the transparent stripe's in some places also apear's on some areas and cutscenes and also during battle on some places I make a screenshot of it tommorow and post it here Im on the 2nd town after the castle and still no problems had a few play and stop and play and stop situation during the cutscenes on the first town after the castle so I just skipped it

Not any GPU, try switching to software renderer (F9) in there but it will slow down a lot.
