your CPu's good, but your GPU sucks.
try native internal res in gsdx settings and use some speedhacks

Your gpu is integrated chipset its not a dedicated video card, you really cant run any gpu demanding games be that pc or emulator, my advice is, buy vd card its a must for gaming

i tried all of your suggestions. the emulator runs faster with all speed hacks off but still not up to normal speed.
