You must unpack the files into a temporary folder and then run dxsetup.exe. Running the DX redist download doesn't install anything by its own Wink

Well my Processor is Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU E2160 but it doesn't show Graphics card, maybe I dont have one? o_O on btw im clocked at 1.80GHz if that helps? lol

Wrong,it is enough to use PCSX2 and play some simple games at full speed even.If you want to play complex games and good speeds you will need something faster but PCSX2 will definitely work for you.
