Help with one piece and fps !

Hey people , In One Piece Grand Adventure , when I enter in combat, the fps drops 60 to 30 , and i dont know why ...
PC: Gts 250, 4gb Ram , Intel core 2 quad 2.66 ... in DBZ Budokai too , but drops 60 to 45!

Overclock that cpu to 3,2ghz, use latest svn with mtvu hack enabled, and it should be fine
