Setting async audio makes it mostly unnoticeable for me, so make sure to try that if you haven't.

Eh, I tried setting it to async mix but it didn't seem to make much difference. Thanks for the idea though EDIT: Actually I suppose it does make it a bit less noticeable. Thanks!

Try changing the Power Profile to High.
