For a slow video card, this setting helps a bit (in Modern UI version 1.7 Windows 64bit SSE4 Qt):
1) Settings - System - Cycle Skip: Maximum Underclock
Also, for normal graphics output (on FullHD wide screen display), it is recommended to apply these settings:
2) Settings - Graphics - Display - Aspect Ratio: Widescreen (16:9)
3) Settings - Graphics - Rendering - Internal Resolution: 3x Native (~1080p)
4) Settings - Interface - Start Fullscreen
5) Settings - Interface - Hide Cursor In Fullscreen
Tested on Intel Celeron G4900 @ 3.10GHz / 8 GB DDR4 / GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5 / Windows 10 LTSC 2021.
