Ok, either turn off user account control, or move your whole pcsx2 folder to "My documents".
(I'm sick of vista not allowing a program to write into its own directory..)

No idea, try different plugins, try resetting / changing pcsx2 options.
At least the startup works fine now Tongue2

If the game is 'Haunting Ground' because the topic title reads 'Hounting Head' and your ISO reads 'Hounting Ground' (wtf???) I just tested it and it works fine. You have some bad settings or are doing something really wrong.

try disabling interlacing in GSDX and see if it fixes the problem.
i have a few games that refuse to boot with interlacing on.
