So, I am not a user of this forum but I've decided to make an account so maybe I could help someone, someday.
I've tried to run Persona 3 and 4 on my low end PC many times, and on all my atempts I got several slowdowns at some areas of the game (at school on P3 and at the Shopping District at P4).
I've searched everywhere to find a possible solution but nothing seems to help, and that was when I started to mess with the emulator settings myself. And after some experiments, the miracle happened: Constant 100% speed, 60 FPS, and cut scenes running smoothly.
To be honest, I am not sure if this is going to work for you guys, but trust me, your computer is probably better than mine. Intel Celeron 1.5ghz, 2GB RAM and a Intel HD Graphics 3000 as video board.
So here it goes. My emulator is in Portugues, but you can configure yours by checking the same boxes as I did.![[Image: emu1.png]](https://s30.postimg.org/dmff7goip/emu1.png)

Hopefully this works for you too.
