How To Have Longer Load Times

Hey guys, I know that this might seem like a weird question, but how do I have longer load times for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (NTSC)? I feel like the transformations are a little anti-climactic if they take 2 seconds . My specs are as follows:


Ram: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 750ti SC
CPU: Intel Core i5-6400K
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Yeah that is a weird question. I recommend putting it on a 10 year old laptop HDD. That will increase load times.. Oh I know. A IDE to SATA converter with a IDE hdd will increase load times..
