How To Recover Lost Saves File On A PS2 Slim???

I Was transfering files from my PS2 slim,but when i check the memory card it said it needs to be formatted...
i accidently click X instead of O because i got them mixed...
How do i recover them back???

That site you linked seems to think a PS2 Memory Card is an SD Card... lol. Nice attempt at least.

But yeah, there's no way afaik. Just grab some saves close to the ones you had from gamefaqs.com
