I Installed Widescreen Hack On My Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4
But Now I Want To Remove It But I Don't KnoW How...

System > Enable Widescreen Patches.

Once the check is gone it's diabled.

Why do you want to remove it? Is there something wrong with the widescreen hack you don't like?

It's likely OP is loading a save state which will save the hack.

Load from a memory card save.
