I meant the graphic bus alright, no confusion there Tongue2
In some early testing of mine I found the bus speed was important to GSdx..

Anyway, if speedhacks don't do anything, then something else is the bottleneck.
But whatever it is, fixing it will just shift the problem around a bit, making the cpu the bottleneck again.
The system is just too old.

Just running the emulator with everything off. Least "Services" and "Background", just to squeeze that bit of resources out. It can be quite significant if you didn't tweak your Windows XP at all.
