In the plugin dicussions go to the GSdx thread.

But you really need an upgrade in reality..

What socket you on? I'm assuming it's not 478.

socket 775 supports the latest C2's dependant on your motherboard limitation... My friends for example was limited to 667MHZ RAM (333MHZ)

If you've got the money and no the model of your motherboard, then upgrade, otherwise stick to Speed hacks and patience.

I think it's an Intel board with the 800MHZ FSB limit... So you're limited to Pentium D..

Just leave it.

Socket 775's dead now anyways... Although they're rebranding Core 2 as i3.. Stupid Intel....

About the rest of the questions, I'm not sure..

Ok Using dark cloud 2 as my test, and I have the beta, I have tried enabling all the speed hacks and, and none of the speed hacks, and I get no performance boost. From either which way, is it just me or does that seem wrong?

You're limited by something else then. Don't ask me what it is though, could even be stuff like the AGP port (your computer still has this, right?).
